β’ Develop regional franchise sales plan for the lifestyle corporate development strategy β’ Target key markets directed by Chief Franchise Officer and SVPs β’ Lead sales efforts for select service brands β’ Implement and execute franchise sales policies β’ Generate franchise sales leads and meet development goals β’ Provide recommendations for sales marketing and advertising β’ Respond to franchise inquiries and manage franchisee relationships β’ Attend industry events and support senior management
Requirements
β’ 3+ years of practical hands-on experience in hotel franchise sales, development, or operations β’ Skilled at organizing resources and managing franchise needs β’ Well-developed technical skills and ability to work collaboratively β’ Results-oriented and ability to drive change β’ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills β’ Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve conflicts effectively β’ Proven record of delivering industry-leading customer support β’ Expertise in travel and navigating complexities of air travel
