Description

• Develop regional franchise sales plan for the lifestyle corporate development strategy • Target key markets directed by Chief Franchise Officer and SVPs • Lead sales efforts for select service brands • Implement and execute franchise sales policies • Generate franchise sales leads and meet development goals • Provide recommendations for sales marketing and advertising • Respond to franchise inquiries and manage franchisee relationships • Attend industry events and support senior management

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical hands-on experience in hotel franchise sales, development, or operations • Skilled at organizing resources and managing franchise needs • Well-developed technical skills and ability to work collaboratively • Results-oriented and ability to drive change • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve conflicts effectively • Proven record of delivering industry-leading customer support • Expertise in travel and navigating complexities of air travel
