Description

• Develop regional franchise sales plans in support of corporate development strategy • Target key markets as directed by Chief Franchise Officer • Lead sales effort for select service brands • Implement and execute franchise sales policies and practices • Meet or exceed targeted goals for new franchise development • Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective franchisees • Attend appropriate industry events • Support senior management in the company’s mission, vision and values

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical hands-on experience in hotel franchise sales, development, or operations • Demonstrated ability to build trust among new and existing franchises • Well-developed technical skills and ability to collaborate across functional areas • Proven track record of driving change • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational and resource management skills • Ability to navigate complexities of air travel
