β€’ Lead Project Manager for a premium experience and hospitality program. β€’ Develop project plans, ensuring execution on time and within budget. β€’ Collaborate with over 20 functional areas across the project. β€’ Build and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals. β€’ Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. β€’ Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. β€’ Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for stakeholders. β€’ Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively. β€’ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental sustainability standards.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP) required. β€’ Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality projects or programs, preferably within the hotel, resort, or tourism industry. β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Airtable, or Smartsheet, and familiarity with industry-specific software and systems. β€’ Knowledge of hospitality operations, industry trends, and best practices, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. β€’ Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. β€’ Ability to travel as needed to various project sites and locations, both domestically and internationally (Mexico and Canada). β€’ Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions to drive project success. β€’ Excellent PowerPoint capabilities
