Description

• ITS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Projects to lead our project management, coordination, and engineering teams. • This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all project services, from design and quoting through to delivery. • The VP of Projects will have direct oversight of the Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and the Head of the Project Engineering Team. • Additionally, this role will manage the Quoting/Design Desk function to ensure efficient and high-quality project outcomes for our clients. • Previous experience leading a project team within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and expertise in resource management and capacity planning are key success factors for this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in a project management leadership role, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or technology company. • Strong experience managing diverse teams, including project managers, engineers, and support functions. • Proven success in leading project teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred. • Experience in resource management and capacity planning is required. • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, CW PSA ). • Knowledge of CW PSA projects module would be a big plus • Proven ability to lead small & medium scale projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, capacity planning of resources is desired. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
