β’ 5+ years experience managing organic and paid performance marketing campaigns with budgets exceeding $500k+ a month β’ Proven track record on launching new campaigns and channels with continued testing and optimizing towards hitting specific KPIβs β’ A deep passion for paid marketing, including continued learning and understanding of best practices, new tools and emerging technologies/trends β’ Data analysis to drive optimization. Has to be someone who understands how and where to get the data and determine what it means. Use the data to make decisions and execute quickly β’ Experience/proficient with Microsoft and Google suite (excel/google sheets), SQL would be a plus β’ Experience with web and app tracking/attribution β’ A critical thinker, someone who will challenge the way things are done and isnβt afraid to run scrappy quick tests focused on continued optimization β’ An strong interest in fintech/financial services, someone who is passionate about seeing what others in the industry are doing, what is working, what isnβt and applying that knowledge to our own testing/experimentation plans.
