• Overview: • Momos is a rapidly growing company with its headquarters in Singapore and the United States. • As part of our company's growth strategy, we are actively expanding our operations in the APAC & US region. • Our main mission is to lead the digital transformation of the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry by offering a comprehensive Customer Retention Platform for Restaurants worldwide. • By leveraging data from various channels such as food delivery, social media, and discovery platforms, we empower restaurants to maximise their business potential and achieve growth. • At Momos, our core principle is putting restaurants at the forefront of everything we do. • Since day one, we have embedded the valuable feedback and input from our restaurant partners into our company culture and product design. • This collaborative approach has been instrumental in creating a solution that truly meets the needs of the F&B industry. • Today, we are proud to be trusted by over 2000 restaurants globally. • If you have a passion for food and want to work for a mission-driven company that is actively shaping the future of the F&B industry, we would be thrilled to have you join our team. • About the role: • We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across the APAC & US region. • The role will focus on outbound lead generation in SaaS companies with the goal of onboarding new merchants. • You will be responsible for driving the team’s sales targets, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring the team achieves high efficiency and effectiveness. • Candidates must be comfortable working in the US time zone and managing a team remotely. • Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day management of the SDR team, ensuring high-quality lead sourcing and outreach across APAC & the US. • Develop and implement strategies to improve market penetration and merchant outreach coverage. • Lead the team by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance on best practices for outreach and cold calling. • Actively contribute by demonstrating sales techniques, creating personalized outreach templates, and optimizing workflows for better lead conversion. • Manage and maintain a large pipeline of leads, focusing on achieving both efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation. • Adopt a customer-centric approach, ensuring that outreach strategies align with the needs and interests of potential merchants. • Drive team culture, ensuring high energy, adaptability, and a focus on results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing sales teams or achieving high individual quotas. • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and team members. • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and personalized outreach. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, as well as managing a remote team. • Fluent in English; additional language skills from APAC/US markets (e.g., Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese) are a plus.
