📋 Description

Join us on our mission to transform lives by simplifying money, together. • We’re looking for a Director of Product, Growth to own the full user journey from ad click through onboarding ending in a paid subscription. • This is a critical, cross-functional role that blends product management, experimentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing. • You’ll lead growth initiatives across the funnel, improving activation, trial conversion, onboarding, and retention, by deeply understanding user behavior, pain points, and motivations. • You’ll use data and user research to run high-impact experiments and refine core flows. • This role requires someone who is highly analytical, deeply curious, and able to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience in growth product management, with direct experience managing Product Managers. • Strong analytical fluency, you can dive into SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker and find actionable insights. • Comfortable with statistics: experiment design, statistical significance, confidence intervals. • Proven ability to build, run, and prioritize experiments across funnel stages. • Deep empathy for users, with experience conducting user research or partnering closely with UX. • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams (especially eng, design, data, and marketing). • Clear, structured communicator who can advocate for ideas and guide execution.
