Description

• You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. • You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. • Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives. • Ensure that all customers are visited within set cycles. • Influence availability and distribution of the key selling products. • Negotiate and deliver volume for specific promotional drives. • Agree and set up promotional material in store. • Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques. • Implement and monitor promotional activities in line with Field Sales promotional plan. • Play a key part in a regional team and motivating your colleagues to reach a common objective each period. • Point of buying materials placement and implementation. • Report on activities.

Requirements

• A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills • Preferred knowledge about sales and negotiation processes • Self-motivated and have a disciplined approach towards working alone. • A resilient and optimistic attitude towards opportunities • Perseverance and attention to details • Strong analytical skills • An open mind towards new ideas and skills • The ability to work toward targets, plan and manage yourself • Preferred sales experience within FMCG or CPG • A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points. • You should be comfortable with driving either an automatic or manual vehicle and working alone. • Strong numeracy and communication skills are key for the role.
