β’ Responsible for the company's content strategy and written communications. β’ Create and maintain a content calendar while producing high-quality articles, guides, tutorials, and marketing copy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals. β’ Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify content needs and develop comprehensive content strategies that support various initiatives and campaigns. β’ Support content writing of our knowledge base, help center, and documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usefulness for users. β’ Edit and proofread content from other team members, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels. β’ Develop and maintain content style guide, establishing writing standards and best practices for the entire organization. β’ Track content performance through analytics, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve content strategy. β’ Coordinate with external content creators, freelancers, and agencies when needed, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
β’ 3+ years of experience in content management and creation, preferably at a Tech/SaaS company (Fintech experience is a plus) β’ Technical background or demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts effectively β’ Strong analytical mindset with experience using content analytics and SEO tools to measure and optimize content performance β’ Proven track record of creating successful content strategies and managing editorial calendars β’ Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms β’ Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple content initiatives simultaneously β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail β’ Self-starter mentality with hands-on approach to content creation and optimization β’ Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to adapt to changing priorities β’ Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technical products and translate complex information into clear, engaging content
