β’ The Sales Development team is responsible for building outbound pipeline in accordance with the company strategy, booking meetings for Account Executives, and being an ambassador of the Monograph brand. β’ The SDR Manager plays a critical role in our sales organization by recruiting, inspiring, training and leading a team of SDRs to success. β’ You will help shape the development of our SDR program and drive the team to deliver results for overall sales and company success.
β’ 4+ years SaaS sales experience, plus 2+ years experience managing an SDR team β’ Passionate about managing and growing a team of sales professionals β’ Track record of building great teams and sales environments β’ Experience leading teams to consistent overachievement of quota attainment β’ Knowledge of different sales methodologies and a curiosity to be proactive and creative in new and different methods to reach success β’ Analytical acumen, strong at identifying growth opportunities using data β’ Demonstrable experience in demand generation and lead flow management β’ Drive to improve sales efficiency and performance β’ Experience working with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong and business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau β’ Revenue obsessed β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly prioritize and adapt to changing initiatives β’ Possess a startup mentality - moving quickly, thinking strategically, and motivated to go above and beyond β’ Excellent presentation, verbal, written and listening communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, customer experience, marketing, operations and product departments. β’ Proven track record of managing a remote SDR team
