β€’ About Monte Carlo: The data reliability company, creator of the industry's first end-to-end Data Observability platform. β€’ We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Onboarding Manager to design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs. β€’ This role ensures new sales hires are effectively trained and equipped with necessary tools and knowledge. β€’ The successful applicant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful onboarding experiences.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations, preferably with a focus on onboarding. β€’ Proven track record of creating and delivering successful onboarding programs for sales teams. β€’ Experience in a SaaS or tech-related industry is a plus. β€’ Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (Command of the Message is a plus) and sales enablement tools. β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire new hires. β€’ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. β€’ Ability to analyze data, measure success, and make data-driven improvements to onboarding programs. β€’ Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
