Requirements

• Experience in international software development services or software solutions, with a focus on proactively reaching out to new clients • Proven ability to independently attract and engage clients from the UK and Europe, using creative strategies and personalized outreach techniques. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to resonate with diverse clients. • A solid understanding of the sales process, including how to measure and evaluate your outbound efforts. • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of the IT landscape, enabling you to position solutions that align with client needs. • Experience building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, from initial contact to closed deals. • A track record of successfully selling to start-ups, SMBs, and enterprises, leveraging your ability to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders. • Self-driven and independent in managing day-to-day outbound sales activities, including lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline management. • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive), using it to track progress and strategize outreach.
