📋 Description

• Carry out routine maintenance, service, and repairs on fire detection systems at customer sites, ensuring they are kept in good working order and in accordance with current regulations and standards. • Carry out routine testing and inspections, including alarm activations, visual inspections and functional checks. • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation is maintained for all work carried out. • Respond to emergency call-outs and undertake any necessary repairs. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients. • Report any faults or potential issues to the appropriate teams. • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain knowledge of new products and technology. • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer or similar role. • Experience in maintaining and servicing fire detection systems. • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. BS 5839). • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Full UK driving licence. • Take part in our on call rota 1 -6 paid extra
