• Own Your Career. • Drive your career advancement with rewarding employee culture. • Solve complex client challenges in a collaborative environment. • Engage in business development for high-growth middle market companies using NetSuite. • Support outbound and inbound business development activities. • Lead brand promotion strategy for ERP implementation and optimization. • Conduct market research to inform sales strategy. • Monitor and report on lead generation for strategy refinement. • Assist in preparation for presentations and proposals. • Qualify and coordinate response for inbound leads. • Conduct research on prospective clients and competitors. • Maintain detailed knowledge of the firm’s services. • Document business development activities in Salesforce CRM. • Propose new ideas to expand client relationships. • Stay current with industry news and trends. • Support delivery teams in account expansion activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or other relevant discipline. • At least 3+ years of sales support experience. • Previous experience in a professional services, management consulting or technology firm. • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate analysis to meaningful insights and present findings. • Experience with account management or customer success models. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint, Excel skills critical. • Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment. • Energetic, enthusiastic and organized. • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management. • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player. • Familiarity with ERP and other accounting related systems e.g. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics. • Familiarity with Finance, Technology and Business Consulting. • Experience with Salesforce.
