• Represent the company's brands via phone, email, forums, and social media to assist car-buyers, car dealerships, and insurance companies • Provide client support for a variety of products, including retail car-buying services, dealership sales solutions, and leveraging the dealer network • Autonomy to take necessary action to ensure customer satisfaction • Gather customer feedback to drive product development and inspire marketing messages • Collaborate with other areas of the team to build the business and contribute to new customer acquisition initiatives

Requirements

• Previous customer support or service experience is an asset • Positive attitude and strong communication skills in both French and English • Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight • Ability to multitask and work among changing priorities and timelines • Comfortable working with numbers • Passionate about providing an ideal customer experience • Candidates must be around the Montreal area in Quebec
