β€’ Supports and configures the hardware and software used in customer implementations β€’ Providing technical support to our customers via phone and email as well as responding to tickets through a web portal β€’ Ability to pass stringent background checks based on local and Federal fingerprint submissions β€’ Ability to participate in on-call duties for off-hour issues on a rotational basis

Requirements

β€’ Bachelors degree or 3+ years of relevant experience β€’ Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers β€’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
