• The People & Culture team is looking for a stellar Sr. Human Resources Manager ready to flip the script on Human Resources by leading with a people-first approach. • You will have a direct hand in the speed of your growth and play an integral part in the evolution of a growing agency. • You will report directly to the EVP, Head of People & Culture who believes in the power of partnership with every People & Culture team member. • Movement Strategy believes that social media is the most important marketing channel.
• 8-9 years of HR related experience in a fast paced and hands on environment • Experience growing an innovative P&C department. Advertising agency experience is a plus. • Exceptional, “type-A” organizational skills with critical attention to detail • Proactive approach with a heightened sense of urgency • Solutions-oriented attitude and ability to identify and address obstacles quickly and efficiently • Advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all agency practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and see projects through to completion • Positive, relationship-building attitude with strong cross-functional partnerships • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee information • Passion for people management and developing high-performing, inclusive cultures • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, HRIS and ATS). Rippling and Greenhouse experience is a plus. • Can own their own version of work/life balance • Enjoys a good laugh with their team!
