📋 Description
• Create and update websites using Squarespace. • Do quality checks and edits of newly built websites. • Address basic queries (e.g., about the services, promotions, etc.). • Create new website templates for a wider selection of designs. • Research current design trends to keep the team updated. • Implement basic SEO strategies based on customer needs. • Escalate complex inquiries to your manager. • Execute basic administrative tasks (e.g. data entry, folder update, updating tags).
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with graphic design through Canva. • Experience with Squarespace and its equivalents. • SEO knowledge. • Experience working with US customers in a similar role. • Willing to work US hours (ranging from EST to PST). • Strong written and verbal English skills. • High attention to detail and reliability. • Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively. • Reliable internet connection (>50mbps). • Proficiency in English. • Bonus for experience with Google My Business, healthcare/beauty/wellness business, project management tools like Asana or Trello.
