Description
• Mozilla Corporation is a non-profit-backed technology company shaping the internet. • The Sr. Staff Product Manager for Search Experiences will lead integration of intelligent search experiences. • Lead the vision and strategy for enhancing search and discovery within Firefox across desktop and mobile. • Apply new technologies like AI and machine learning to improve search functionality and content discovery. • Collaborate cross-functionally to determine search product requirements and provide seamless experiences. • Analyze data regarding search and discovery to guide decisions and improve features. • Communicate product roadmaps, feature benefits, and performance outcomes clearly. • Stay updated on trends in search technologies and AI to ensure user-centric search experiences. • Champion the role of search and discovery in redefining user engagement and productivity.
Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a consistent track record of success. • 5+ years of experience in shipping consumer products and/or features, demonstrating a deep understanding of user needs. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including experience interacting with senior executives. • Proficiency in building hypotheses, building tests, and developing success metrics to inform product decisions. • Ability to work independently at high velocity while aligning with the overall strategy. • Skilled in driving external partner engagements and discussions, fostering productive teamwork.
