Description

• Global restaurant brands run their operation on the Crunchtime platform. • Delivering a consistent guest experience across every location and managing food and labor costs are at the core. • Looking for a customer-centric, data-driven, and outcome-oriented Product Manager to join our product team. • Work on the roadmap for connecting different products in our suite, • Collaborate with Engineers and Designers to build next generation capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical software products • Experience building and iterating products with cross-functional teams in an agile environment • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate customer JTBDs and problems to solve • Systems thinking and analytical mindset to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback • Experience using customer and product discovery frameworks such as, but not limited to: User Story Mapping, Lightning Decision Jams, Customer Journey Mapping and Jobs to be Done • Ability to engage directly in technical conversations and translate to a non-technical audience
