Description
• Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of Health Systems strategy • Leads the US HS integrated Field Medical plan process in collaboration with various teams • Collects, analyzes, and communicates scientific insights to inform company strategies • Serves as interface between GMSA, Commercial, and US HS MAD field team • Identifies and prioritizes field resources and training needs • Collaborates to define/implement strategic congress priorities for US HS • Continuously scans the healthcare environment for emerging trends
Requirements
• Advanced healthcare/science degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) • Minimum of 5 years cumulative experience in pharmaceutical industry and quality/managed care • Demonstrated ability to create and implement a strategic roadmap • Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and project management skills • Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, US healthcare delivery, pharmaco-economics, population health management, and healthcare policy • Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment • Ability to network with internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge of national treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, and FDA regulations
