Requirements

• Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity. • Sales experience would be a plus. • Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred. • Understanding of public safety and justice operational and technical context through the full justice lifecycle. • Experience working with multiple IT solutions such as 9-1-1, computer aided dispatch, records management systems, jail/offender management systems, judicial case management systems, and integrated justice systems. • Experience delivering strategy engagements and/or system implementations focused on improving response time. • Experience working with state and local government clients. • A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams. • An ability to inspire and motivate professionals. • An unwavering commitment to the success of your team. • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions. • An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously. • MBA or other advanced degree preferred. • Comfortable influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives. • Track record in achieving/exceeding revenue targets preferred.
