•About SpringWorks Therapeutics: A commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing life-changing medicines for severe rare diseases and cancer. •The Senior Director, US MSL Team is responsible for strategy and vision of the medical science liaison team. •Accountable for high-quality communications regarding science and clinical applications to external stakeholders. •Build strong cross-functional relationships with other colleagues at SpringWorks.

Requirements

•Education: Advanced Scientific degree or equivalent experience required; MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP strongly preferred. •10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Medical Affairs experience required. •5+ years of people leadership experience managing a field medical team. •Oncology and/or Rare disease experience is strongly preferred. •Proficiency with business software including but not limited to Veeva CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. •Ability to understand, review, and communicate complex technical concepts and technologies. •Working knowledge of the OIG compliance guidance for pharmaceutical manufacturers. •Advanced leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams. •Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a remote environment. •Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay driven by business need. •Must be able to work East Coast hours.
