β’ M.D., D.O., PharmD, DNP or DPA with a minimum of 10 years managing HIV patients in diverse settings; a background in infectious diseases, public health, or related field preferred. β’ Demonstrated expertise in HIV treatment and prevention protocols, strategies, and patient care. β’ Research experience with a strong publication record. β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and educate a wide range of healthcare audience. β’ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. β’ Provide clear leadership and management in the development and delivery of a variety of highly complex projects with the ability to assess, understand and communicate continuously expanding medical and scientific information. β’ Must be willing to learn and adhere to Gileadβs regulatory and legal (Business Conduct) requirements. β’ Able to work with a level of autonomy and independence and able to manage budgeting/oversight of operational expenses. β’ Regional role with the flexible travel schedules up to 60 percent.
