• Tertiary qualification in Business or similar field. • Significant experience in sales management roles in related markets or industries. • Strong leadership and coaching skills. • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. • Proficiency in building strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders. • Good management skills including analytical skills, time management, objective setting, and budget preparation. • Highly developed skills in negotiating and influencing. • Proficiency with CRM systems. • Ability to think strategically, with medium to long term goals clearly identified, analyse data and problem solve in a logical manner.
