• Ensure MSH meets long-term revenue goals, • Support new business development through team collaboration, • Facilitate proposal development for complex projects, • Manage stakeholder communications and proposal logistics, • Lead the development of business development tools and resources, • Assist in forming partnerships and managing proposals, • Contribute to multi-year pipeline and budget strategies, • Strengthen country team engagement for project preparation, • Foster staff capacity and collaboration across teams, • Assist in marketing, donor outreach, and partnerships.

Requirements

• BA/BS required, • 6+ years of related experience required, • Experience in international public health highly preferred, • Experience across the business development lifecycle, • Ability to cultivate and maintain valuable relationships, • Knowledge of proposal management standards, • Experience with USAID or other USG agencies preferred, • Experience managing multiple competing priorities, • Excellent research, data analysis/synthesis, and presentation skills, • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of a second language preferred
