• Seeking a motivated Business Development Associate Director to join our team • Focus on securing new clients in brand space, particularly in pop culture and influencer marketing • Identify and target new business opportunities within the brand space • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure new clients and achieve revenue goals • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients • Build and manage a sales pipeline tracking activity in CRM tools • Collaborate on pitch decks and sales materials that align with prospective client needs • Assist in the RFP process with internal teams • Conduct detailed research during the RFP process to understand prospective clients • Develop narrative-driven presentations and pitch them to team members and clients • Provide support in understanding the entertainment and influencer media landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the entertainment, pop culture, celebrity and/or influencer marketing industry • Strong understanding of the pop culture, celebrity, and influencer landscapes • Proven ability to generate new business and secure new clients • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Passionate about pop culture, celebrities, and influencer marketing
