Description

• The ARSM is a developmental role designed to prepare the incumbent for growth within MULTIVAC • Tasked with learning products and processes of Fritsch bakery equipment • Shadowing Regional Sales Managers to become proficient in sales processes • Travel up to 80% with remainder of time in the office • Develop industry and MULTIVAC business acumen • Monitor and report competitive activity in the territory • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, industry meetings, and other activities as directed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents • Strong presentation skills • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with ERP and contact management systems required • Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus • Current valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
