Description

• Helping to plan and execute company events, such as participation in industry conferences, IRL events, sales events, online webinars, etc. • Supporting the sales team with insights, market opportunities, and decks and/or presentations • Generating weekly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics • Providing recommendations for optimization based on data analysis • Working closely with the Content Specialist to ensure that our communication aligns with our strategy and brand • Collaborating with the Marketing Lead on department operations, campaigns, and marketing actions • Ensuring the timely completion of tasks and deadlines in projects where the marketing team is involved • Undertaking marketing initiatives and supporting the development of improved processes and best practices to achieve business targets • Staying current with industry trends and generating creative ideas to engage the audience • Benchmarking and comparing marketing best practices, content, opportunities, and tools

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience in a related role • Degree in marketing, communication, business, or similar (desirable) • Adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, consistently able to meet deadlines • Comfortable with open, real-time communication. Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a strong emphasis on thorough communication • A creative individual with a strong sense of ownership • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team • Proficient in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter • Advanced English Level: Strong reading comprehension and writing skills (all content, internal documents, and many conversations are in English)
