β€’ Join Our Data Products and Machine Learning Development Startup! β€’ Seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Sales Executive to help us enable our sales team to reach the next level. β€’ You'll be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with Sales Executives and reporting directly to the CEO. β€’ Your role includes lead generation, business opportunity creation, contract management, and ensuring smooth sales processes. β€’ Collaborate on ongoing sales opportunities and leads, and participate in networking activities such as marketing events and workshops. β€’ Research and track information on possible leads, market opportunities, and sales tactics weekly. β€’ Use tools and frameworks to track sales pipeline progress and create proposals monthly. β€’ Build relationships with clients to drive them to become Mutt's champions.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related bachelor's level. β€’ Experience in guiding clients and leads through business initiatives, and in resolving difficult client situations. β€’ Experience in scoping and developing proposals for consulting work. β€’ 5+ years of experience in technical sales pipelines (software outsourcing companies are a plus). β€’ 5+ years of direct consulting experience. β€’ 1+ years of management experience; Manage a small team of highly-skilled and ambitious individuals. Act as an example to your peers, with proactive and open suggestions on the team's needs. β€’ Basic oral and written communication skills in English. β€’ Intermediate++ skills in opportunity qualification and contract negotiation. β€’ Experience working with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc) or similar (i.e Office Package). β€’ Comfortable working with open communication tools such as Slack and ClickUp. β€’ Evidence of growing new/existing client base from the ground up. β€’ Comfortable with autonomy, prioritizing tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Rises to challenges and/or unfamiliar tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. β€’ Knowledge of at least 1 CRM system, customer service, or marketing tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, etc). β€’ Experience in sales methodologies (BANT, TAS, SPIN, etc).
