β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. β’ Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field with a strong understanding of a value selling process, from lead generation to closing activities. β’ Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex service sales strategies with an analytical mindset that looks to assess and solve customer challenges. β’ Strong leadership and team collaboration skill, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and executives. β’ Experience in selling service-based solutions in a technology context. β’ Ability to build and nurture high-impact client relationships. β’ Proven track record of successful project execution and sales growth. β’ Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer ROI. β’ Excellent negotiation and influence skills. β’ Experience in leading client workshops and discovery sessions. β’ Ability to integrate client feedback into service development and strategy.
