• Seeking a motivated, proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager • Serve as a trusted partner to advisors • Essential in ensuring a differentiated client experience • Play a key role in advisor onboarding, growth and innovation • Serve as a key client advocate across the organization • Responsible for daily advisor engagement and adding value to the overall client relationship • Support onboarding of new clients and resolve issues • Execute on client engagement and growth initiatives • Serve as an escalation point for clients • Travel for in-person client meetings, events and conferences • Contribute towards company-wide initiatives in support of its mission to power advisors' success
• 5-7+ years of financial services industry experience • Preference given to candidates with financial technology experience and Series 63 and 65 or 66 • Experience working in an operational setting and understanding the inter-connectedness of how operations, compliance and technology come together in the advisory industry • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related area, or equivalent experience • Deep understanding of the financial advisory and independent broker-dealer space including custodians, compliance consultants, technology vendors, platform providers, and product companies. • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Comfortable with public speaking/presentations • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
