Description

• Sr. IT Support Analyst provides second level help desk support • Assists in delivering a stable end-user computing environment • Works with a team managing end-user IT operations • Assists with deployments of applications and hardware • Communicates effectively to understand problems and explain solutions • Acts as point of escalation for junior analysts • Determines the best solutions based on customer issues • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Requirements

• BS/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field, a plus • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, computer hardware and peripherals, basic M365 Administration, and MS Office Suite • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues • Proficiency in English • Excellent communication skills • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high demand environment • Creativity in problem solving
