Description

• Own and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and telephony systems. • Oversee and manage WordPress hosting environments, ensuring uptime, security and efficient operation. • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. • Oversee the provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of hardware. • Lead and manage a small team of India-based IT professionals. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees and clients. • Implement and maintain IT security measures. • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of IT processes, systems and configurations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in managing WordPress hosting environments. • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, IT security, and domain and DNS management. • Experience with hardware provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Proven ability to lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
