Description

• Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of payroll for Avesis employees. • Provide confidential administrative support services in various functional areas. • Interact professionally with colleagues and executives regarding payroll inquiries. • Ensure all employees are paid on time and accurately. • Prepare Leave pay calculations as per company policy. • Conduct monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent required. • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. • Two years of full-time experience processing payroll. • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices. • Proficient in MS Office including strong Excel skills: V-Lookups, filters, etc. • Good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ADP WFN, Workday) and databases. • Must have experience in processing payroll for organization with 200 plus employees.
