Description

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and provide strategic insight for Sales and Marketing team. • Creation, analyzation, and maintenance of procedures and processes, identifies and implements ideas for improved efficiency. • Support initiative through data analytics by working with sales leaders and account management teams in identifying opportunities to build and analyze metrics through data visualization. • Collaborates with management, technical staff and subject matter advisors to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis and develop cost effective resolutions to improve operational efficiency. • Build, generate, and analyze report using Excel or CRM tool. • Works independently on day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. • One year of related experience described above (or equivalent education/experience) required. • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and people/project management skills. • Detail orientation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation skills. • Microsoft office product proficiency. (Intermediate Excel skills required to include charts, pivot tables, data handling, sumif function, vlookup, Dashboards etc ) • Proficiency with analytics platforms and tools with the ability to teach these skills and an interest in expanding knowledge. • Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize coordinate and manage multiple projects. • Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills. • College degree or comparable work experience required. • Experience with SQL, Smartsheet, and Salesforces preferred. • Experience within insurance or healthcare organizations preferred.
