• Responsible for working closely with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges. • Display working knowledge in the Supply Chain Management Integrations Module. • Manage complex problems and work with other team members to ensure ticket resolution. • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the software applications meet defined functional requirements. • Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities. • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades. • Prepare detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials. • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Master's Degree (preferred) • 5+ years of experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
