📋 Description
• Manage monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Responsible for month-end close procedures for project, fixed asset, and lease accounting. • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in accounting processes. • Collaborate with facility finance team for new leases and classification testing. • Maintain internal controls and perform general ledger analysis. • Organize P&L and balance sheet analysis around projects, fixed assets, and leases.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
