• We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our revenue related business functions • The position will join our team to help us manage day-to-day operations • You will analyze data and trends and ensure we are maximizing opportunities • Additionally, this position will oversee aspects of our revenue cycle management • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and project management • You will also be a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Deep knowledge and background in revenue cycle management and provider credentialing processes • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a multidisciplinary team • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently • Understanding and addressing the needs and concerns of team members with compassion • Ability to handle conflicts and disagreements constructively • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships • Keen attention to detail
