📋 Description

• Ollie was born with the mission of improving the lives of pets and pet parents nationwide. • We make human-grade pet food, tailored for each dog’s nutritional needs, and deliver directly to our customers’ doors. • Through Ollie’s carefully crafted meals and health services for members, dogs can truly live their healthiest, happiest lives. • As a member of our growing team, you’ll take part in a company culture that cares deeply about its work and its team members. • As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for the sourcing, procurement, and distribution of raw ingredients in Ollie’s recipes. • You will source the highest quality produce and proteins, and play a vital role in vendor communications as a liaison between our manufacturers and food vendors. • You will work to optimize our food supply chain, helping to scale our business as we continue to deliver on our margin and sustainability goals. • This role is based remotely within the U.S. and will report to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with teams in a fast paced, high growth environment • You have a strong work ethic, ability to work autonomously and self-sufficiently • Relationship development and deal negotiation experience • You have a passion for sustainable food systems and a strong desire to make a positive impact • The ability to manage projects that have both clear and time-bound deliverables and areas of ambiguity with longer time horizons • You have 5+ years’ experience working in food supply chain and or food operations • You have an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic performance • Strong communication and analytical skills both internally and externally
