📋 Description
• Become a trusted guide for seniors in health insurance. • Engage in inbound and outbound sales calls. • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable plans. • Enroll prospects in health insurance plans. • Maintain customer satisfaction and exceptional service. • Comply with CMS standards. • Achieve sales goals and maintain accurate records. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
🎯 Requirements
• Active and valid resident health insurance license. • Active and valid licenses in additional states highly preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of Medicare Sales experience. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. • High school diploma at a minimum. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as a team. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools. • Internet Speed: Minimum 80 mbps download and minimum 20 mbps upload. • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and monthly OIG checks.
