Description

• Serves as main point of contact for the client. • Addresses client questions and provides guidance on coverage. • Assists with strategic design of insurance plans. • Acts as field underwriter for insurance carriers. • Oversees preparation of proposals for clients. • Supports client needs with accurate production of binders and policies. • Facilitates prompt responses from carriers. • Reviews policy audits. • Proactively communicates with clients on significant changes. • Stays informed on industry information and technologies.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required. • Preference for insurance designations (e.g. CISR, CIC, CPCU). • College degree preferred. • 3-5 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry in commercial lines. • Strong analytical and mathematical skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and software. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
