β€’ The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving direct sales and business development in the municipal water treatment market within the assigned territory: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. β€’ Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the municipal water treatment market. β€’ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the territory. β€’ Generate leads and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning with company solutions. β€’ Lead direct sales efforts to municipalities, water treatment plants, and other government entities focused on water treatment infrastructure and services. β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. β€’ Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to review project needs, provide product updates, and identify potential for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity in the municipal water treatment market. β€’ Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements

β€’ Proven sales track record with strong technical and selling skills. β€’ Working knowledge of municipal direct market β€’ Experience of managing a team β€’ Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 70%) to visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in regional meetings
