Description

• Looking for a Rep living in the Portland or Seattle area. • Achieve territory sales goals by increasing sales with existing customers and identifying new opportunities for growth. • Actively engage and call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in both hospital and office settings. • Develop strong relationships and become an integral part of the surgical team. • Conduct product trials to demonstrate value. • Provide after-sales service and ongoing support. • Manage budgets and maintain detailed records within the CRM platform. • Stay informed about competitors and market trends. • Travel as needed within the assigned territory, which may be up to 80%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience (preferably in urology or women’s health). • Proven leadership and teamwork experience. • Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook. • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. • Flexible and open to coaching and professional development.
