• Manage key client relationships with C-level executives • Communicate effectively with delivery team members, client management, and project stakeholders • Eloquently represent the company's unique value proposition • Track metrics around account sales performance and customer satisfaction • Create and implement relationship roadmaps and Key Account Plans • Experiment with and implement relevant tools and campaigns • Own and manage master service agreements for key accounts • Support new client acquisition as needed

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in Technology services sales or account management roles • Understanding of Texas Public Sector Ecosystem • Experience working with consulting or professional services companies in an account management capacity • Ability to effectively communicate technology solutions at a high level including Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics, and related topics
