β€’ Manage key client relationships with C-level executives β€’ Communicate effectively with delivery team members, client management, and project stakeholders β€’ Eloquently represent the company's unique value proposition β€’ Track metrics around account sales performance and customer satisfaction β€’ Create and implement relationship roadmaps and Key Account Plans β€’ Experiment with and implement relevant tools and campaigns β€’ Own and manage master service agreements for key accounts β€’ Support new client acquisition as needed

Requirements

β€’ 15-20 years of experience in Technology services sales or account management roles β€’ Understanding of Texas Public Sector Ecosystem β€’ Experience working with consulting or professional services companies in an account management capacity β€’ Ability to effectively communicate technology solutions at a high level including Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics, and related topics
