Description
• Lead the Credit Union's overall compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations • Develop and maintain a consultative and collaborative compliance team • Analyze regulatory trends and changes affecting the Credit Union and advise management • Conduct compliance risk assessments • Maintain issues (complaint) management process • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor degree from accredited college in relevant field preferred • Minimum of five years of experience in bank/credit union operations, with focus in compliance or risk management preferred, with at least two years in management • Experience working in and managing a team in a virtual environment, preferred • Regulatory Compliance certification required
Benefits
