Description

• Oversee all aspects of the IVF division, including sales excellence and relationship building. • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the IVF business. • Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets. • Oversee the management of clinical trials to ensure timely and successful completion. • Foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence and innovation. • Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the IVF business. • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IVF or women's health space. • Proven track record of successful business development and sales management. • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. • Preferred: Prior experience in the IVF industry.
