• 4+ years of deep experience in developing high-growth consumer-centric products. • Authentic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Understanding of how product, data, and customer experience drives value. • Passion for financial technology. • Experience in fintech, including neobanks and payments. • Demonstrated success in building and launching innovative products. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Strong storytelling skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.
