• Experience: 3+ years in growth or referral/partnership marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment. • Proven Success: Track record in scaling growth programs with measurable impact. • Analytical Skills: Proficient in A/B testing and data-informed strategy. • Tech Skills: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. • Communication: Strong project management and communication abilities. • Problem-Solving: Creative and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
