Requirements

• 1 year’s sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience is a plus. • Proficiency in or native German language skills. • Experience using Salesforce is a plus. • Interest in cloud computing, technology, and SaaS offerings. • A tenacious work ethic with a desire to have a career in sales. • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to achieve monthly quotas and maintain a high activity output. • A modest yet assertive and confident demeanor with empathy and compassion. • A curious and creative mindset. • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product and industry knowledge (selling), effective communication and opportunity management. • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust.
